Don’t worry, American Idol fans, Ryan ain’t going anywhere.

ABC has confirmed that Ryan Seacrest will continue in his role as host of the popular talent competition when the series returns in 2020.

The network revived Idol in 2018 after FOX was its home for 15 seasons between 2002 and 2016.

American Idol has been my home for 17 seasons and I can’t wait to return to the stage,” said Seacrest. “It’s the greatest gift to be able to play a part in discovering new talent with a franchise that has been such a relevant part of American culture for so many years.”

Seacrest will not be alone in his return for the show’s third season. Katy Perry, Lionel Ritchie, and Like Bryan have all confirmed that they will be reprising their roles on the judging panel.
