A whole lot of famous stars have decided to go to prom.

Who wouldn’t when Ryan Murphy is hosting?!

The American Horror Story producer is planning to adapt the stage musical The Prom for a broader audience on Netflix.

Murphy will both direct and executive produce the project, which boasts a rather phenomenal cast.

Among those who will be getting their corsages in order are Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, Ariana Grande, James Corden, Awkwafina, Kegan-Michael Key, and Andrew Rannells.

The story revolves around a big musical which flops leading to the actors involved deciding to support a high school girl who can’t go to her prom because she is gay.

The Prom is one of the most uplifting, heartfelt and special musicals I have ever seen on Broadway. It’s truly an original that celebrates the underdog and says in a loving spectacular way that LGBTQ rights are human rights,” Murphy stated previously on Instagram.

This is not the first time that many of the cast have acted alongside one another. Streep and Kidman are currently starring opposite each other in Big Little Lies, while Streep and Corden were both in Into the Woods.

The Prom will premiere in 2020.
