Not all Hollywood marriages last, but every now and again you get one which is the definition of #relationshipgoals.

We’re looking at you, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.

The couple have been married since 2010 and are parents to two little girls — 4-year-old Hazel and Violet who is 2.

It’s not always easy being together as a family due to the pair sometimes filming in different parts of the globe, but that makes their union all the more feels-worthy.

Recently, John was shooting the Amazon series John Ryan, while Emily was filming Mary Poppins in London.

“Family for me is a non-negotiable thing. So, if I’m honest, I was shooting 6,000 miles away from them, and I flew back every single weekend,” John told PEOPLE, with his co-star, Dina Shihabi, confirming that when the cast finished filming at 5AM on a Saturday, John would hop on the next flight to London and be back on Sunday night.

“We always set up a base [for the kids], and I always want the base to be with their mom. And I’ll do the flight time.”

That’s what we call Operation Homecoming.
