The post BTS Celebrate Their First Anthology Album “Proof” With New Single “Yet to Come” appeared first on TheDailyDay.
]]>This song truly lives up to its name and takes us back to some of BTS’s most beautiful moments as a group. The visual for this song shows the band members in the middle of a sandy desert and it features many references to their past music videos.
Making an introspective music video is a perfect fit for this song because it serves as the lead single on the group’s anthology album Proof. This record is a true treat for the fans because it features a total of 48 tracks across three CDs, ranging from hit singles and demos to new songs “Yet to Come”, “Run BTS”, and “For Youth”.
Proof was released on June 10, and the group’s official statement described it as “an anthology album that embodies the history of BTS”, which allows the listeners to “relive the history that BTS and the Army made together so far, and will continue to make in the future to come.”

Along with YoungBoy Never Broke Again, BTS is currently the only act with two albums atop the Billboard 200 this year. They’re also the fastest group to score five chart-topping albums since the Beatles.
The chart-topping success of Be comes only a few days after BTS made Grammys history by becoming the first K-pop act to score a nomination with their for best pop duo/group performance nod for “Dynamite”. They thanked the Recording Academy and their fans on Twitter, for listening to their music and sympathizing with it during such a difficult time.

He then added: “Even we can feel just how great this [K-pop] movement is.”
Vocalist Adam Lambert also spoke about how the movement has inspired the group. He said: “K-Pop’s visuals are amazing. The visuals are more than just something fun to see. It gives us inspiration. I’ve seen so many amazing visuals from BTS.”
BTS are a South Korean boy band from Seoul. They co-write much of their music and create bold K-pop that spans across a range of different genres.

]]>Many famous names have been recognized for the influence they have on the world as part of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2019.
The prestigious list is divided into five categories: Pioneers, Artists, Leaders, Icons and Titans.
Those emanating from Hollywood include big names such as Dwayne Johnson, Taylor Swift (who is rumored to be releasing new music this month), recent Oscar winner Regina King, fellow Oscar winner Lady Gaga, Chrissy Teigen, Sandra Oh, Korean pop group BTS, Khalid, comedian Hasan Minhaj, and Richard Madden.
Not everyone made one of the special covers, but those who did included Taylor, Dwayne, and Sandra.
Now in its 16th year, the editorial director of the TIME 100, Dan Mascai, describes the list as “a community of hundreds of global leaders, many of whom support and challenge one another. And at a time when so many of our problems require cross-disciplinary solutions, they are also uniquely positioned to effect change. When you connect extraordinary people, they can do even more extra-ordinary things.”
And how extraordinary they are!

]]>South Korean pop sensation BTS are about to embark on their first world tour and they’ve already had to book extra shows.
The 7-piece boy band, which has been around since 2013, were originally known as The Bangtan Boys (Bulletproof Boy Scouts) before switching to the acronym for “Beyond the Scene” in 2017.
The group is already taking the world by storm — having appeared on the cover of TIME Magazine and given a speech at the UN in their capacity as UNICEF Ambassadors.
Their upcoming Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour will take them to the UK, France, and the US between May and June.
The support for BTS has been so immense that the group managed to sell out the whole of Wembley Stadium in 90 minutes — prompting organizers to add an extra date!
BTS will now play at the 90,000 capacity venue on the 1st and 2nd of June.
