Rihanna is now in the third decade of her life and realizes that it’s perfectly okay to forgo some friendships.

During an interview with Vogue, the “Needed Me” singer revealed that she is no longer friends with Canadian rapper Drake.

Speculation has always surrounded the pair’s relationship, with fans wondering whether they may have ever embarked on something romantic (which RiRi has always denied).

Then, while presenting her with the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, the “God’s Plan” rapper dropped a massive bombshell.

“We love the music, we love the videos, but most of all, we love the woman who hasn’t changed since day one,” Drake declares. “She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old. She’s one of my best friends in the world. All my adult life I’ve looked up to her even though she’s younger than me. She’s a living, breathing legend in our industry.”

The speech didn’t go down too well, with Rihanna saying, “Waiting through that speech was probably the most uncomfortable part. I don’t like too many compliments; I don’t like to be put on blast.”

“We don’t have a friendship now, but we’re not enemies either. It is what it is,” the 30 year old clarified.

She definitely doesn’t have love on the brain…
