No surprises here. Prince William will be Prince Harry’s best man at the upcoming royal wedding. Prince William is returning the favor to his little brother, since Harry served as the best man when William married Kate Middleton on April 29th, 2011.

“Prince Harry has asked his brother The Duke of Cambridge to be his Best Man at his wedding to Ms. Meghan Markle,” Kensington Palace announced on Thursday. “The Duke of Cambridge is honored to have been asked, and is very much looking forward to supporting his brother at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor on May 19th.”

Wondering how did Prince Harry ask his brother to do him the honor? Well, the old-fashioned way of course.

“How did I ask?” Harry said jokingly on Thursday while talking to reporters. “Got down on one knee. He’s known for months.”

Prince William, on the other hand, shared his excitement about the honors.

“It feels great,” said William about the opportunity. “Thrilled and delighted, obviously.”

As the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle gets near, we are beginning to find out more information about the ceremony itself. It was recently revealed that the audio recording of the wedding will become available on streaming just a few hours after the ceremony wraps up. The hardcore fans or collectors of royal memorabilia will also have an opportunity to get their hands on a vinyl recording.
