It is less than 50 days until we feel the love tonight.

The live-action remake of Disney’s The Lion King is almost upon us and the excitement levels are nearly as grand as Mufasa’s mane.

James Ear Jones is once again returning as the voice of the king of Pride Rock, and will be joined by Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé as Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Billy Eichner as Timon, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, John Kani as Rafiki, and John Oliver as Zazu.

All the actors now have their own poster featuring their animal character in their CGI glory.

The posters offers a proper look at some of the film’s characters, with creators still trying to retain the aesthetic familiar to fans who adored the 1994 version.

The movie also has a new TV spot which includes Rafiki holding up baby Simba, and Mufasa reminding the young cub, “You must remember who you are, the one true king.”

The Lion King will be in cinemas on July 19th.
