What is worse: your partner sending a flirty text behind your back, or watching your favorite Netflix show without you?

The answer may surprise you.

According to a 2017 study by the streaming service, around 25% of people chose the former!

The concept of “Netflix cheating” has become so serious that at least 46% of people admitted to doing it and the results are not so chill if bae finds out.

With all the episodes of a season (and sometimes an entire series) available to stream, Netflix has now attempted to resist the urge of temptation by creating a “co-watching contract”.

The terms and conditions state that you will not fall asleep while watching, won’t get distracted on your phone causing the other person to have to rewind, won’t talk during the episode, definitely won’t watch while the other person is not present, and will most certainly keep any spoilers to yourself.

If you do have a Netflix binge-buddy, we suggest getting them to sign this ASAP!
