Lorde has given the green light for her third studio album.
The “Yellow Flicker Beat” singer confirmed the good news on her Instagram account and thanked fans for embracing her last album, Melodrama.
It has been two years since Lorde last released new music, and will want to follow up Melodrama with a banger as the album was regarded by many critics as their top album of 2017.
“Apparently Melodrama came out two years ago today…” she wrote in a message to fans. “Want to say thank you for how you took that record and made it your own. Swells my damn heart thinking about your love for it and your willingness to go there with me and to dance the way we did together.”
The Instagram post concluded by saying, “It’s a good life you’ve given me, thankyou thankyou. Third one in the oven.”
We’re sure it will be fit for royalty.
