Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon gave us one of Apple TV+’s biggest hits with The Morning Show, and they’re coming back for more! The acclaimed drama series has been renewed for Season 4 after the leading duo agreed to extend their contracts with Apple.

According to Deadline, the duo’s contracts were up at the end of Season 3, but they’re now in talks with Apple to come back on board as stars and executive producers. They’ll officially sign new contracts after working out the scheduling, and there are already whispers about a potential Season 5.

Unlike Aniston and Witherspoon, Steve Carell won’t be coming back, which is not a shocker since his character’s faith was sealed at the end of Season 2. Mark Duplass, Billy Crudup, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, and Desean Terry are expected to reprise their supporting roles.

Season 3 will also introduce us to several new characters, played by Jon Hamm, Stephen Fry, Tig Notaro, and Nicole Beharie. Hamm’s involvement is especially exciting, and Witherspoon set expectations high for his character.

“He is a very complex character. He’s a media mogul and he gives Billy Crudup a run for his money, which I think is the most fun part too, because Billy could eat a scene like I’ve never seen somebody eat a scene, and Hamm gets to come in and give him a great foil,” she said during FYC event in West Hollywood last August.
