Harrison Ford Has Some Exciting News: A New “Indiana Jones” Film is on the Way

Actor Harrison Ford has recently dropped a bomb during an interview with CBS: a new Indiana Jones movie is in the making.

According to the 77-year-old actor, filming of the new movie, the fifth in the franchise, is due to begin in a few months.

Ford said one of the challenges of returning to past roles was “Trying not to look funny running around in tight pants and high boots.”

He then revealed the big news saying: “I’ll try and give you a more appropriate answer, Considering that I’m going to start doing Indiana Jones in about two months.”

Ford was enthusiastic about the part. “I’m always delighted to come back to these characters. If we have the opportunity to make another, it’s because people have enjoyed them. I feel obliged to make sure our ambitions are as ambitious as they were when we started.”

The three first movies in the series – Raiders Of The Lost Ark (1981), Temple Of Doom (1984) and The Last Crusade (1989) – are considered classics, while the fourth movie, Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull (2008) is the least favorite in the franchise. Let’s hope Indie will not disappoint the fans in the new outing of the whip-cracking archaeologist.
