The first two seasons of The Bear served some major TV magic, and there’s more where that came from! After a lot of speculations about the future of this acclaimed culinary dramedy, FX finally announced they’ve renewed it for its third season.

Nick Grad, president of FX Entertainment, released an official statement announcing the show’s renewal and praised the creative team that made its success possible.

“We’re so proud to partner with Christopher Storer, Joanna Calo, Josh Senior, and the rest of the creative team… What they and the crew have done is truly remarkable, and we and our partners at Hulu join fans in looking forward to the next chapter in the story of The Bear,” said Grad in a statement.

The Bear is set in the heart of the Chicago culinary scene, and it centers on the young chef Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto. He’s trying to keep his family’s rundown beef sandwich shop afloat and deal with unresolved debts and an unruly staff that his brother left behind.

The Bear is led by the Golden Globe-winner Jeremy Allen White, while its supporting cast includes the likes of Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott, and Matty Matheson.
