The “Tell Me You Love Me” singer recently completed a stint in rehab after being found unconscious in her Hollywood Hills home from a supposed overdose in July.
6 months later, the 26-year-old has tweeted fans to let them know that she is happy and clean.
In a series of tweets released on Friday, Demi also said that someday she will tell the world the story of what happened, but, until then, warned fans about believing fake stories in tabloids.
She assured them, however, that she is sober, grateful to be alive, and taking care of herself.
