Can My Chemical Romance be Reuniting? Joe Jonas Thinks There’s a Chance

My Chemical Romance’s famous last words might not have been so final…

The alt rock band, fronted by Gerard Way, broke up in 2013 after being together for twelve years.

At the time of the split, Way said, “I think we’re all pretty upset. It wasn’t an easy thing to come to. It was sad, because it wasn’t a situation where anybody hated each other. You should always be doing new things and changing and growing as a human being.”

It appears, however, that six years constitutes enough growing…

Rumour has it that we may be rejoining the Black Parade — if an extremely unusual source is to be believed.

Whilst appearing on KISS FM UK to discuss the Jonas Brothers’ new album, Happiness Begins, Joe Jonas hinted that MCR could be getting back together.

“My Chemical Romance apparently were rehearsing next to us in New York recently, which, I thought they broke up, so. I don’t know. That’s the gossip,” Joe said.

But before fans go looking for their black eyeliner, they might remember that an MCR reunion was also believed to be on the cards back in 2016.

Let’s hope it happens for real this time!
