After two award-winning installments, American Crime Story is bringing us a third.

Sarah Burgess is expected to write the latest version of the anthology series, which will focus on the impeachment of United States President Bill Clinton.

During the ‘90s, an affair with then-White House employee Monica Lewinsky led to Clinton being impeached based on alleged perjury and obstruction of justice.

The part of Lewinsky will be played by Beanie Feldman of Booksmart, while Annaleigh Ashford will star as Paula Jones, and Sarah Paulson, who has starred in both The People vs OJ Simpson: American Crime Story and The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, will portray Linda Tripp.

Jeffrey Toobin’s best-seller, A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President, will serve as the source material for the third season, which is expected to begin production in February ahead of a September 27th, 2020, release.
