“Younger” Renewed for Season 6

The millennial comedy has scored an early season-six renewal. 

News of an additional and sixth season comes a day before season five is set to premiere on the Viacom cabler.

The new season is outstanding and we are thrilled for what’s to come for these beloved characters.”

Younger who stars Sutton Foster a recently divorced 40-year-old mother who in order to support herself gets a makeover to pass off as 26, and dives into the 20 something world. After a long break, she gets a job in publishing as an assistant at Empirical Press where she befriends Kelsey Peters played by Hilary Duff. 

The series also stars Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor, Molly Bernard, and Charles Michael Davis. Nico Tortorella and Peter Hermann play Foster’s romantic interests, a 26-year-old tattoo artist and the handsome senior editor and boss at Empirical respectively. 

Season four of the fan-favorite and cornerstone series for TV Land marked the show’s highest-rated and most-watched run.
