Keeping wishing the franchise’s tradition of ‘home,’ Spider-Man: Far From Home will actually see Peter Parker/Spider-Man out of his beloved New York City, spending time in other places around the world including London. This was confirmed by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige who said filming will begin in July in London.

While not much else is known about the sequel as no special announcements were made, The Verge reports are that actor Jake Gyllenhaal is reportedly in talks for the role of supervillain Mysterio.

Returning as director is Jon Watts, from a script penned by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

No all there’s left to do is for the co-writers to figure out how to write Spiderman back into the world of the living!
