“Terminator” Fans Are Treated With a Surprise Screening of “Terminator: Dark Fate” Premiere

In various cinemas around the U.S., fans of the Terminator franchise were treated to the premiere of the highly-anticipated Terminator: Dark Fate. They believed they were attending a viewing of Terminator 2: Judgement Day and were surprised to discover they would actually be experiencing an early screening of the new movie.

The new film was shown in 15 movie theatres across the U.S. The feature was introduced by Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger who reprised their roles as Sarah Connor and the infamous cyborg respectively.

Fans were not only surprised by the unexpected premiere. They were also generally very satisfied with the sequel. Reactions on Twitter suggest that “Dark Fate” is one of the best films in the franchise.

One fan wrote: “#TerminatorDarkFate delivers. This is the Terminator film that fans have been yearning for since T2. Arnold is back (he’s great) but it is Linda Hamilton & Mackenzie Davis who steal the show. As for the action sequences, they are impressive & some of the best I’ve seen all year.”

Another commented: “Yo just got a surprise viewing of #TerminatorDarkFate and all I have to say is that it’s one of the best. It’s up there with T2 in Terminator movies. It had action, heart, and so much of what I loved about the originals. I can’t wait to go see this movie when it comes out.”

Terminator: Dark Fate will arrive in movie theaters worldwide on October 25.
