Sarah Michelle Gellar is set to make her return to primetime TV.

The former Buffy The Vampire Slayer leading lady is poised to star in new Fox series Other People’s Houses.

Gellar has teamed with Ringer creators Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder to star in and executive produce the show based on a novel by Abbi Waxman.

Other People’s Houses is described as a dramedy, “somewhere between Big Little Lies and Catastrophe.

The show follows “nine people who live in Los Angeles’ Larchmont Village neighborhood. Through the lens of social media, the characters navigate the emotional ups and downs of being parents, partners, neighbors and friends,” according to The Hollywood Reporter

Gellar’s character is a mom and social media influencer named Anne Porter, who finds herself deep in the middle of all the neighborhood drama.

Gellar’s last regular TV role was The Crazy Ones, which debuted in 2013.
