The spookiness ain’t stopping any time soon.
We may have only been privy to one season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, but Netflix knows when it has a hit on their hands.
Having aired only one season (and a holiday special that was released on the 14th of December), Netflix has now confirmed that a third and fourth season is on the (tarot) cards.
A further 16 episodes of the Kiernan Shipka show have been ordered and will be split into two parts like its predecessors.
“Praise Satan! I’m so grateful to my partners at Warner Brothers, Netflix, Berlanti Television, and Archie Productions for supporting this darker vision of the world’s most famous teen witch,” said series showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. “And I’m thrilled to be continuing to tell Sabrina’s chilling adventures with our incredible cast and crew, led by the unstoppable Kiernan Shipka.”
Production on seasons three and four will begin in 2019, while season two is scheduled to premiere on the streaming service on 5 April 2019.
Greendale, here we come!
