Robert Pattinson is Ready for a “Twilight” Reunion

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in "Twilight"

If you’ve ever had the idea of heading back to foggy Forks — you’re not alone.

It has been a whole 10 years since Bella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, locked eyes with the pale and brooding Edward Cullen — brought to life by Robert Pattinson — across a table in biology.

The first Twilight film, based on the vampire love-story by Stephanie Meyer, skyrocketed Kristen and Robert to fame and led to the adaptation of the 3 other books in the series.

“Whenever anyone says [Twilight’s] their guilty pleasure, it’s like, you say guilty, what you really mean is just pleasure,” Robert told Variety while promoting his new film, High Life.

“I stopped mentally progressing around the time when I started doing those movies,” he joked.

So would he be keen to head back to Forks where “the lion fell in love with the lamb” to play a vampire who never ages?

“The amount of time I’ve spent moisturizing, I am ready to play 17 at a moment’s notice. Ready!”
