When you know your girlfriend is a huge fan of Tom Hanks, what do you do? Make the man propose to her for you!
Ryan McFarling had a brilliant idea for proposing to his girlfriend Nikki in a way she would never expect. They were at a Texas Book Festival where Hanks was having a talk about his new book, Uncommon Type: Some Stories. During the Q&A session, the actor read out a question he received from Ryan: “Here’s Ryan’s question, and it’s for Nikki Young…’Nikki, will you marry me?'”
Luckily for Ryan, Nikki said yes and Tom Hanks reminded us once again why so many people love him.
