Mac Miller’s Posthumous Album Drops This Week

The family of late rapper Mac Miller announced that he has a new album coming.

According to their statement shared on Miller’s social media, the new album, titled Circles, will drop January 17th. The album was originally conceived as a companion album for Swimming.

Miller’s producer Jon Brion began working on Circles prior to Miller’s death in September 2018, and it was Brion who finished the record.

“This is a complicated process that has no right answer. No clear path. We simply know that it was important to Malcolm for the world to hear it,” the family said.
