If there’s one thing Ricky Gervais sought to drive home to the audience of this year’s Golden Globes — other than the fact he just didn’t actually care — it was that this would be his last time hosting.
Two people who have agreed to return, however, are Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. The former Saturday Night Live co-stars reunited in 2013, 2014, and 2015 to host the GGs and 2021 will see them do it again — albeit for their last time.
“There’s no denying that Tina and Amy’s comedic chemistry is infectious. We can’t wait to see the dynamic duo return to the Golden Globes stage,” said President of the HFPA, Lorenzo Soria.
The 78th Golden Globe Awards are scheduled to be held sometime in January next year.
