Chicago? What? That’s how many fans reacted, as they were expecting something more creative and unique from the couple who named their first two kids Saint and North. But there’s actually the story behind their choice.
As you may or may not know, Kanye grew up in Chicago, and he loves the city very much. It’s likely that the baby was named after the city; at least we can’t remember the better reason behind the name Chicago.
Kim shared the news about the name on her site on Friday after the baby was born via surrogate on Jan. 15.
