The sorority queen played by Reese Witherspoon in the naughties classic Legally Blonde enrolled in Harvard Law School to get back her boyfriend Hunter, but ended up being a pretty bad-ass lawyer.
Now, a real-life Elle Woods seems to be coming our way!
Reality star and style mogul Kim Kardashian has revealed that she is studying to become a lawyer.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star disclosed in an interview with Vogue that she decided last summer to begin a four-year apprenticeship with a law firm in San Francisco, and plans to take the bar exam in 2022.
Kim’s law dreams are already underway, as in just a couple of months she will be sitting a “baby bar,” which is administered by the State of California in order to determine whether she can continue studying for another three years.
So how is it going?
“First year of law school, you have to cover three subjects: criminal law, torts, and contracts,” the mother of three said. “To me, torts is the most confusing, contracts the most boring, and criminal law I can do in my sleep. Took my first test, I got a 100. Super easy for me. The reading is what really gets me. It’s so time-consuming. The concepts I grasp in two seconds.”
We wonder if she’s learning the “bend and snap” too…
