Congratulations are due to Hugh Grant and Swedish television producer Anna Eberstein on the wedding news!
The 57-year-old actor, Britain’s eternal bachelor is officially a taken man. According to multiple sources, actor Grant and 39-year-old Eberstein wed in London on Friday just days after news of their engagement was revealed via an official notice posted on display at the local town hall.
After tying the knot at the Chelsea Register Office the couple celebrated with friends and family outside of the wedding venue.
The wedding comes just months after the two welcomed their third child together. The couple welcomed their first child together, a son, in 2012 and three years later a daughter.
Grant also has two children with Tinglan Hong.
It was Elizabeth Hurley, Grant’s ex who spilled the beans on the couple welcoming their third.
“I’m very lucky that 31 years into our friendship, he’s still my best friend in the world. He’s a really great guy. I see him a lot; I speak to him a lot. You know, he’s now a father of five; he has five kids and he’s a great dad. Yeah, he will remain my best friend for life,” Hurley said.
On Watch What Happens Live Hurley couldn’t help but joke about Grant having a total of five kids, but also said that it fatherhood has made him a better man.
“He was over 50 when he spawned them all! He’s an enchanting dad — really, really sweet. Having these kids has transformed him from a very miserable person into a fairly miserable person. It’s improved him. He’s gone up the scale.”
