Hilary Duff’s finally has a daughter to watch Lizzie McGuire with! The Younger actress became a mom for the second time on Thursday after welcoming a little girl.
The 31-year-old has a son, Luca, from her previous marriage to Canadian NHL player, Mike Comrie.
Hilary announced in June that she and boyfriend, Matthew Koma, were expecting their first child together.
And now the little girl has arrived!
Shortly after announcing her pregnancy, Hilary revealed that Luca had come up with an idea for the baby’s name.
“Luca thinks ‘Cofant Croissant’ is like, the coolest name,” she told James Corden on The Late Late Show. “There would be no confusion. And when I just refer to it as ‘Cofant,’ and I’m like, ‘That would be so cool, no one at school’s going to be named Cofant,’ He’s like ‘Croissant. Cofant Croissant.’ It goes together. There’s no separating the two.”
Thankfully, Hilary and Matthew settled on a slightly more “traditional” name for the new addition — Banks Violet Bair.
