They’re rich. They’re famous. But who is the richest and famous of them all?

Forbes is gonna tell us.

It may not be the end of the fiscal year, but with 2018 drawing to a close, Forbes has revealed the Most Wealthy Celebrities of 2018.

Based on net worth earnings, private company stakes, publicly traded assets, art, and real estate assets, George Lucas claimed the top spot for the year. The creator of Star Wars took home $5.4 billion thanks to selling his company LucasFilm to Disney.

Another famous director followed, with $3.7 billion placing Steven Spielberg second.

Oprah Winfrey decided to invest in Weight Watchers this year, increasing her earnings to $2.8 billion. The business deal earned the mogul third place.

He may have retired from playing professional basketball years ago, but his sneakers and management of the Charlotte Hornets garnered Michael Jordan 4th place.

Fifth place saw a tie between Kylie Jenner and Jay Z. Despite the success of their respective cosmetics line and liquor brands, the pair did not reach the billion mark.

The 7th place belonged to magician David Copperfield who has a Vegas residency, and 8th to rapper Diddy who these days earns most of his wealth through clothing and alcohol.

Winning his first major golf tournament in 5 years saw Tiger Woods tie for 9th place with author James Patterson.
