Margaret Thatcher is reporting for duty.

Despite season 3 of The Crown only set to premiere in a few months’ time, production on season 4 of the Netflix series is currently underway.

When the show returns to the streaming service, we will have jumped into the future with Olivia Colman taking on the role of Queen Elizabeth II, which until now had been played by Claire Foy.

The subsequent season will focus on the Queen’s relationship with Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, which was not an easy one.

The Crown confirmed that Sex Education actress Gillian Anderson will be taking on the role of the former government leader.

“I am so excited to be joining the cast and crew of The Crown and to have the opportunity to portray such a complicated and controversial woman,” Anderson said in a statement. “Thatcher was undoubtedly formidable but I am relishing exploring beneath the surface and, dare I say, falling in love with the icon who, whether loved or despised, defined an era.”

The Crown is scheduled to return with season 3 on November 17th.
