Fans of Stranger Things have been patiently waiting for the return of this show ever since 2019, and their wait will soon be over. A new trailer for the upcoming fourth season is here, and it shows Eleven heading to California to start a new life.

The season 4 teaser, titled “Welcome to California”, promises an interesting change of setting, with Eleven attending a new high school. In a letter to Mike, she claims she likes school now because she made lots of friends, but she’s actually struggling to fit in.

Eleven finishes the letter by telling Mike they’ll have “the best spring break ever”, but the trailer promises something more sinister, from car chases to creepy dolls. The trailer follows on the Duffer Brothers’ promise that the new season will focus on a “new horror beginning to surface”.

Millie Bobby Brown leads the new trailer, but she won’t be the only Stranger Things start to return in Season 4. Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, and many more fan favorites are expected to come back.

Season 4 still doesn’t have an official release date, but it’s expected to premiere in the summer of 2022 and feature a total of nine episodes.
