E! News is about to get more glam.
Almost 3 years after announcing her exit from E! News, Giuliana Rancic will be returning as an anchor.
The 43-year-old was arguably the face of the entertainment update show which she co-hosted for nearly a decade.
Rancic has always been a presence on E! — most notably interviewing stars on red carpets at awards shows, and featuring as a panelist on Fashion Police before the show came to an end last November.
Executive Vice President and General Manager of News and Digital at E!, John Najarian, stated, “Giuliana is an incredibly charismatic and well-respected entertainment journalist. As a longtime member of the E! family, it’s exciting to welcome her back home to E! News.”
Rancic seemed just as excited by saying, “Returning to host E! News is every bit as thrilling to me today as it was 16 years ago when I joined the show and embarked on this wonderful career. Co-hosting alongside one of my best friends, Jason Kennedy, with one of the most talented teams in entertainment journalism, makes this move even more special. I can’t wait to reconnect with the E! News audience and go on this journey together once again.”
The mother of one will step back into her old heels on the 4th of September.
