Golden Globes 2018 Presenters List Announced

The 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards are just around the corner, and we got to finally find out some of the names which will take the stage at Beverly Hilton Hotel on 7 January. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association just announced the partial list of presenters for Golden Globes 2018, and it features some big names from the world of entertainment business.

Kerry Washington and Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot, who were announced earlier in the week, will be joined by the likes of Penélope Cruz, Halle Berry, Seth Rogen, Isabelle Huppert, Darren Criss, Greta Gerwig, Hugh Grant, Neil Patrick Harris and Chris Hemsworth. Also set to present are Carol Burnett, Ricky Martin, Sarah Jessica Parker, Amy Poehler, Edgar Ramírez, J.K. Simmons, Sharon Stone, Christina Hendricks, Shirley MacLaine, Kelly Clarkson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Alicia Vikander and Emma Watson.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association previously revealed the full list of nominees. Hit movies like Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk and Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water are among the movies nominated for the Best Picture – Drama. In the Comedy or Musical category, James Franco’s The Disaster Artist is going to be among the contenders alongside Jordan Peele’s Get Out and Michael Gracey’s The Greatest Showman.

The list of nominated actors and actresses is also interesting. Daniel Day-Lewis (Phantom Thread), Tom Hanks (The Post), Gary Oldman (Darkest Hour) and Denzel Washington (Roman J. Israel, Esq.) are all nominated for the Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama Award. Jessica Chastain (Molly’s Game), Meryl Streep (The Post) and Michelle Williams (All the Money in the World) will look to win the award in the Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama category.

The host of the Golden Globes 2018 will be comedian and talk show host Seth Meyers, who takes over from Jimmy Fallon who hosted the ceremony in 2017.
