Demi Lovato has some new ink and the meaning behind it is one everyone should take note of.
It hasn’t been an easy year for the “Échame la Culpa” singer…
In June 2018, the 26-year-old released the track “Sober,” in which she revealed that she had fallen off the wagon following six years of sobriety. A month later, the former Disney star spent time in a rehab facility after suffering an overdose.
All that aside, Demi has revealed to fans that she is now in a much better place and has a new tattoo to remind herself that her own well-being is paramount.
“Me first,” she captioned a black and white photo of the word “me” printed on her ring finger. “Thank you @winterstone for my new forever reminder.”
Demi also posted on her Instagram Stories, saying: “Can’t love anyone unless you love yourself first.”
Sorry not sorry.
