Chrissy Teigen really needs to just give up her role a model / mom / wife / cooking show host, and claim the title of Comeback Queen.
The co-host of Lip Sync Battle is renowned for her witty remarks on Twitter, rebuking trolls back into their caves, defending famous friends, and just being generally downright hilarious.
Her latest offering has not disappointed. Many will know that Chrissy is married to singer-songwriter, John Legend. And, as cool as that name is, Legend is sadly not John’s real last name. It is, in fact, Stephens.
So when a Twitter user inquired on the social media platform why some women do not take on their husband’s surnames, Chrissy (who is still a “Teigen”) clapped back.
I'd really like to hear the reasoning behind women who won't take their husband's last name

“My husband didn’t even take his last name,” she tweeted in response.

As we said — a legend. Even without the name.
