]]>Deadpool & Wolverine will kick off with Wade Wilson trying to leave his vigilante days behind and lead a peaceful and normal life. His peace is interrupted by the Time Variance Authority, a mysterious organization that’s monitoring the Multiverse.
They turn to Wade Wilson when looking for help to protect the “Sacred Timeline” and save the MCU – and he can’t do it all alone this time around. He must turn on his charm and convince Wolverine to help him save the day.
Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman will be back as Deadpool and Wolverine, reuniting for the first time since X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Deadpool stars Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, and Brianna Hildebrand are also coming back, along with Jennifer Garner as Elektra, Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova, and Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox.
Deadpool & Wolverine is the first Deadpool film in the MCU, and it will hit the theaters on July 26, as the latest film in Phase Five.

Aaron Dessner co-wrote some of the best Tortured Poets songs alongside Swift. “But Daddy I Love Him” is certainly one of its biggest storytelling gems that’s given us some of the album’s buzziest lines.
Dessner also helped Swift conceive the album’s most emotionally raw song, “So Long, London”, which is already being hailed as “All Too Well” of Tortured Poets.
The Tortured Poets Department has given us several vicious revenge songs that would put Reputation to shame, but none of them is as biting as “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived”.
Most of the songs on Tortured Poets chronicled different stages of heartbreak, but Swift decided to simply have fun on “Florida!!!” and she found a perfect partner in crime in Florence Welch.

]]>For All Mankind is set in an alternate timeline, where the Soviet Union became the first nation to pull off a Moon landing instead of the United States. This changed the course of the space race and forced NASA to do everything in its power to catch up.
For All Mankind centers on the American program, but the new spin-off Star City will switch up the perspective and take us behind the Iron Curtain. It will show the lives of cosmonauts, engineers, and intelligence officers in the Soviet space program.
Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV+, said that there’s so much left to explore in the For All Mankind universe, and this spin-off will allow them to do just that.
“For All Mankind continues to build out a fascinating world and capture global audiences through high-quality storytelling that has been so skillfully developed by Ron, Matt and Ben. [We] can’t wait to dive into this next chapter of the engrossing For All Mankind universe,” said Cherniss in a statement.

]]>After losing the Oscar for best original screenplay at the Oscars, The Holdovers was finally honored in the same category at the WGA Awards. It was nominated alongside Air, Barbie, May December, and Past Lives, and defeated them all to take the trophy home.
Cord Jefferson’s American Fiction, the winner of the Oscar for best adapted screenplay, won big in the same category at the WGA Awards. It competed against Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret, Killers of the Flower Moon, Nyad, and Oppenheimer this time around.
When it comes to the TV categories, the main awards went to three shows that dominated the rest of the award season. Succession, The Bear, and Beef collected trophies for the best drama series, best comedy series, and best limited series, respectively, while The Last of Us was named the best new series.
After being hit by a major delay caused by last year’s writers’ strike, the WGA Awards returned to Los Angeles on April 14.

]]>The new Joker movie borrows its title from the French term “folie à deux”, meaning “folly of two”, and it’s truly a perfect fit. This term is often used to describe the shared psychosis that we see Arthur Fleck and Harley Quinn develop during their times as inmates at Arkham Asylum.
The new trailer confirms that Joker: Folie à Deux will go down the musical route, and it features several impressive dance numbers. One of them is choreographed to “What the World Needs Now (Is Love Sweet Love)”, but the entire film will feature at least 15 renditions of well-known songs, according to Variety.
Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga will be joined by an impressive group of supporting players, including Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, Steve Coogan, Ken Leung, Harry Lawtey, and Zazie Beetz. Todd Phillips returned to direct the sequel, which will hit the silver screen on October 4.

]]>With 407,000 equivalent album units earned during its debut week, Cowboy Carter climbed atop the Billboard 200 chart, with the largest week for an album this year. It’s Beyoncé’s eighth album to achieve this feat, which is the fourth-most among female soloists, behind Taylor Swift, Barbra Streisand, and Madonna.
Cowboy Carter scored the largest streaming week of Beyoncé’s career, with 300.41 million official streams. It also topped Billboard’s Album Sales charts with 168,000 in pure sales, including 62,000 vinyl copies, which marks Beyoncé’s largest week on vinyl.
Beyoncé’s decision to go full country on this album worked wonders for her and helped her climb atop Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. She’s the first Black female artist to achieve this feat, in addition to breaking the same record on the Hot Country Songs chart with “Texas Hold ‘Em”, released as one of the two promo singles when she first announced Cowboy Carter.

Despite being an active LGBTQ rights supporter, and advocate for anti-bullying on the net, the 14-year-old found herself the victim of a homophobic meme campaign entitled #TakeDownMillieBobbyBrown.
The nasty memes included claims that Millie throws McDonald’s coffee at those wearing pride shirts, as well as screenshots of her Snapchat graffitied with homophobic statements.
The young actress had started a second Twitter account almost a year ago with the handle @milliestopshate which aimed to stop cyber-bullying and spread a little more kindness.
As a result of the hateful memes, Millie decided to deactivate her main account, @MillieBBrown.

Screenwriter Peter Morgan confirmed that he got an exclusive information that this is indeed the Duke’s nickname for the Queen. “I inquired in royal circles and was told on very good authority that that is what the Duke sometimes calls the Queen,” Morgan revealed.
When you think about it, the nickname probably comes from the French term ‘mon petit chou,’ which translates to ‘my little cabbage’ in English.

It’s Beyoncé’s eighth album to achieve this feat, which is the fourth-most among female soloists, behind Taylor Swift, Barbra Streisand, and Madonna.
Cowboy Carter scored the largest streaming week of Beyoncé’s career, with 300.41 million official streams. It also topped Billboard’s Album Sales charts with 168,000 in pure sales, including 62,000 vinyl copies, which marks Beyoncé’s largest week on vinyl.
Beyoncé’s decision to go full country on this album worked wonders for her and helped her climb atop Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. She’s the first Black female artist to achieve this feat, in addition to breaking the same record on the Hot Country Songs chart with “Texas Hold ‘Em”, released as one of the two promo singles when she first announced Cowboy Carter.

Despite being an active LGBTQ rights supporter, and advocate for anti-bullying on the net, the 14-year-old found herself the victim of a homophobic meme campaign entitled #TakeDownMillieBobbyBrown.
The nasty memes included claims that Millie throws McDonald’s coffee at those wearing pride shirts, as well as screenshots of her Snapchat graffitied with homophobic statements.
The young actress had started a second Twitter account almost a year ago with the handle @milliestopshate which aimed to stop cyber-bullying and spread a little more kindness.
As a result of the hateful memes, Millie decided to deactivate her main account, @MillieBBrown.

“We will approach it in whichever manner his family or the people that were involved in that episode, however they would like it to be handled,” Corden told the Associated Press in August. “We will navigate it as delicately as possible and just adhere to whatever wishes they would want because I don’t think there’s any other way we could deal with it. It’s a tragedy.”
Now it’s been confirmed that they have decided to go on with it.

]]>Reportedly, the recently retired Duke of Edinburg calls his beloved wife by a famous vegetable, and it’s all been revealed in the film The Queen.
“Move over, cabbage,” Prince Philip says to the monarch in the movie after shuffling into the bed. Screenwriter Peter Morgan confirmed that he got an exclusive information that this is indeed the Duke’s nickname for the Queen. “I inquired in royal circles and was told on very good authority that that is what the Duke sometimes calls the Queen,” Morgan revealed.
When you think about it, the nickname probably comes from the French term ‘mon petit chou,’ which translates to ‘my little cabbage’ in English.
