Will Ghost, the antagonist from Ant-Man and the Wasp, return to the MCU in future films? We cannot of course really know the answer, but we maybe just got a hint about that from Hannah John-Kamen, the actress who portrays her.

While on tour promoting Netflix’s The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, the actress teased this possibility.

Speaking with Cinema Blend, she said: “In the MCU, you have to sign your contract with blood and they stitch your mouth together. All I can say is that Ghost didn’t die.”

And indeed, Ghost, whose motivation was neither greed nor revenge as other villains but self-preservation, did not die at the end of the film.

Ava Starr got her powers after an accident made her out of phase with reality – a condition that gave her lethal abilities but was also killing her. By the end of the film she was cured, but a post-credits scene hinted this cure might be temporary.
