]]>The plot of Tenet is still kept under wraps, but it’s expected to revolve around international espionage, time travel, and evolution. First stills that Nolan shared with Entertainment Weekly show lead actors Robert Pattinson and John David Washington, but this project also stars Kenneth Branagh, Elizabeth Debicki and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
The oscar-nominated filmmaker will co-produce this project alongside his business partner and wife Emma Thomas. He described Tenet as their biggest production in terms of international reach, since they’ve filmed it in seven different countries.
“We’re jumping off from the point of view of an espionage film, but we’re going to a number of different places. We’re crossing a few different genres in a hopefully exciting and fresh way… There’s no question, it’s the most ambitious film we’ve made,” Nolan told Entertainment Weekly.
Tenet is expected to premiere on July 17th, 2020.

]]>Anticipation for the Inception director’s upcoming movie, Tenet, is high, with less than a year to go until its release.
Like many of Nolan’s films, not much is known about the feature, whose cast includes John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Michael Caine, Clémence Poésy, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Kenneth Branagh.
Nolan decided to surprise audience members in attendance at the preview screening for the Fast & the Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw on Thursday night by showing the trailer for Tenet.
The clip was not released online, meaning the only way to see it is at the cinema.
According to those who were present, it included Washington slowly approaching a broken window, as well as fight scenes, and him wearing a gas mask.
“The time has come for a new protagonist,” read the tagline, followed by “The time has come for a new kind of mission.”
Tenet, which is based on a screenplay written by Nolan, will be in theatres on July 17th, 2020.

]]>What’s that, you ask?
It is Christopher Nolan’s new film, which officially has a title.
The Dark Knight filmmaker has always remained incredibly secretive about his films until they’re on screen (and even then not everyone gets them — hello, Inception) and his latest offering is not any different.
Nolan himself wrote the screenplay, which allegedly revolves around the world of international espionage. The global theme is emphasized by filming taking place in seven different countries.
While the plot remains a mystery, the cast has not.
John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, and Elizabeth Debicki already form part of the famous names on the film, with Clémence Poésy, Aaron-Taylor Johnson, and Dimple Kapadia also featuring.
Nolan will once again be teaming up with Kenneth Branagh, whom he directed in his last film, Dunkirk, as well as old favorite Michael Caine. This will be Caine and Nolan’s eighth film together.
Filming on Tenet is currently underway, with the feature set for release on July 17th, 2020.
