In alignment with the couple’s wish to lead a “normal” life, they have declined to style their son’s name with a royal title.

Unlike his cousins, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s children, Archie will not be a Lord or an Earl, but instead will be called Master Archie so that he may be raised as a private citizen.

While little Archie is seventh in line for the throne, he is not technically a prince; only William and Kate’s first child, Prince George, is.

That honor may be bestowed upon him by his great-grandmother, the Queen, as she did with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s other children: Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Baby Archie was introduced to the world during an interview with his parents on Wednesday afternoon. He was held in his father’s arms during the press photo-op, while proud mother, Meghan, looked on.

The Duchess told the media that motherhood is “magic. I have the two best guys in the world, so I’m really happy.”

Despite being the future king of England, William and his young family appear like any other as they rest against a tree trunk outside their Anmer Hall home in Norfolk.

Whilst attending the launch of a new project called Mental Health at Work, Prince William detailed his own struggles with mental wellness.

The initiative was established by the Heads Together charity which was founded by the Duke of Cambridge, his wife Catherine, and brother Prince Harry.

Five of the 6 are close friends of Duke and Duchess, William and Catherine (as is their personal tradition), while Lucy is Kate’s cousin.

Those in attendance included proud grandparents, Prince Charles and Camilla and Michael and Carole Middleton, as well as aunts and uncles James and Pippa Middleton and newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The baby was born in the Lindo Wing of London’s St. Mary’s Hospital on Monday the 23rd of April.

Kensington Palace confirmed that the newborn weighed 3.8 kilograms and left the hospital on the same day, giving the world a glimpse as William and Kate held him outside the facility.

The new baby—who is fifth in line to the throne—will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.
