The four will star opposite Kevin Costner and Diane Lane in the Thomas Bezucha-helmed suspense thriller for Focus Features. 

The film is a big screen adaptation of the book of the same name by Larry Watson.

Let Him Go follows a retired sheriff (Costner) and wife (Lane). After the loss of their son, the couple leaves their Montana ranch to rescue their young grandson from the clutches of a dangerous family living off the grid in the Dakotas. When they arrive, they discover the family has no intention of letting the child go.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Manville will play Blanche Weboy, the matriarch of the villainous family, with Brittain and Donovan playing her sons. Carter will portray Lorna, Costner and Lane’s daughter-in-law.

Shooting is currently underway in Calgary.

Y: The Last Man is based on DC Comics’ acclaimed series by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra. Lane will headline the pilot playing Senator Jennifer Brown opposite her son Yorick Brown (Keoghan) and daughter Hero Brown (Poots).

The series delves into issues of race, gender, class and survival in a post-apocolypic world where a new order of women reins after all male mammals have been decimated save for one lone human.

Lane current projects include a role on the sixth and final season of House of Cards and Amazon’s The Romanoffs.
