]]>The film is a cleaner version of Deadpool 2 which stars Ryan Reynolds as the uncouth anti-villain.
The curse-laden Marvel film will be rated PG-13 to allow younger audiences to enjoy in time for Christmas.
Ryan promoted the version on his Twitter account by sharing a picture of Deadpool reading a Christmas carol.

Co-writer Paul Wernick has revealed that Ryan shot additional footage for the movie, telling /Film, “About two months ago we were out on soundstages shooting again. Ryan was in the suit and the gang was back together, [director] Dave Leitch and Ryan and us having a great time and laughing. It comes together great so we’re super excited about it.”
The Untitled Deadpool Film will be released on December 21st, 2019.

]]>The sequel to 2016’s Deadpool is set to hit screens on the 18th of May, with worries already high that spoilers will be leaked by fans who go to watch the film.
And so, Deadpool himself has put out a request in the form of a letter shared by Ryan on Twitter.

The note (which has 20th Century Fox scratched out on the letterhead with “TBD” written in) states:
“To the greatest fans in the whole universe.
We have embarked on the ‘Deadpool 2: This is Kind of Your Guys’ Fault’ World Tour. Almost everyone involved in the film has given Maximum Effort the past two years, maintaining the highest level of super secrets, like how David Blaine catches bullets in his mouth. And the secret blend of 11 herbs and spices in Colonel Sanders’ delicious mustache.
Only a handful of people know the film’s true plot. One of them is not Ryan Reynolds. We’re asking that when you see Deadpool 2, you don’t say a f***ing word about the fun $#!+ in the movie. Cause it’d be super lame to spoil the fact that Deadpool dies in this one. Kidding. Not kidding. Kidding?
Godspeed.

]]>The actor stars as what is probably the cheekiest superhero on screen (sorry, Iron Man), Deadpool. And with the Marvel character set to release his sequel film in May, it’s no surprise that the marketing campaign is equally as cheeky.
The poster for Deadpool 2 shows Ryan in his red and black suit… and a rather familiar pose. The stance — depicting Deadpool making an “X” with his arms — appears to have been “borrowed” from another superhero — Wonder Woman.
And Gal Gadot definitely noticed.
The princess of Themyscira didn’t whip out her Lasso of Truth, but rather called out Ryan on Twitter.

Is it just us who would love to see a Wonder Woman / Deadpool crossover despite not even being in the same universe?!

The movie will come out on May 18, 2018. The cast includes Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), T.J. Miller (Weasel), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), etc.
