Better Call Saul brought many of our favorite Breaking Bad characters back for another ride and it’s not done surprising us just yet. After years of speculations about their potential appearance, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul are finally set to make a comeback as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.

The question of their potential return once again popped up during a recent PaleyFest panel, and Better Call Saul co-creator Peter Gould confirmed both actors will be back.

“I don’t want to spoil things for the audience, but I will say the first question we had when we started the show was, ‘Are we gonna see Walt and Jesse on the show?’ Instead of evading, I’ll just say yeah,” revealed Gould.

He didn’t say when they’ll show up or in what capacity, but that will make the upcoming season of Better Call Saul even more exciting. They join the growing roster of Breaking Bad stars who also appeared on Better Call Saul, including the leading man Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut, and Giancarlo Esposito as Gus Fring.

The sixth and final season of Better Call Saul is set to premiere on AMC on April 18 and it will feature a total of 13 episodes split into two parts.

Following the release of El Camino, Aaron Paul has revealed that he would reprise his role as Jesse Pinkman “in a heartbeat”.

Paul’s character in the Breaking Bad series was initially meant to be killed off in season one of the show. His character was such a big hit, however, that the producers kept him in up until the very end. Recently, Vince Gilligan even gave him his own spin-off movie. Now, fans want to know whether or not there is a chance Jesse will turn for the series finale of Better Call Saul. By the sounds of it, Aaron Paul is keen.

“If Vince [Gilligan, Breaking Bad creator] asked me to jump onto [Better Call] Saul, I would do it in a heartbeat,” Paul told Entertainment Weekly. “And I would know it’s for very good reasons. So we’ll see.”

He clarified: “Look, we talk about it all the time, we really do, and we want to do it for the right reasons. We don’t want to just throw you in a scene that doesn’t make sense. Obviously, we would love to give that to the fans of Breaking Bad and the fans of Better Call Saul, but we don’t want fans to kind of scratch their head and they’re like, “Well, why did that happen?”

Season 5 of Better Call Saul will premiere in 2020.

Breaking Bad, get ready to break the box office.

It may not quite have been 6 seasons and a movie, but a feature-length film is certainly on its way!

The creator of the award-winning series, Vince Gilligan, has confirmed that a movie is in the works, 5 years after saying goodbye to Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.

Gilligan set and filmed Breaking Bad in Albuquerque, New Mexico throughout its 5 season run.

The New Mexico State Film Office has welcomed the movie news, saying: “For years, we’ve built up the film industry in New Mexico and strengthened our film incentives; now, we’re seeing success after success for the film industry in our state.”

The film is believed to be entitled Greenbrier, with production expected to take place between November and February.

It is not yet known whether the 2-hour long feature will be shown on big or small screen, but we will probably have to go through withdrawal all over again.
