]]>The German anti-war drama entered the ceremony as one of the front-runners with a total of 14 nods. It tied the record, previously held by Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, to become the most-nominated non-English language film in BAFTA’s history, and it managed to walk away with half the awards it was in the running for.
In addition to winning the best film, All Quiet came out victorious in six more categories: best director, best adapted screenplay, best cinematography, best original score, best sound, and best film not in the English language.
It was also a big night for The Banshees of Inisherin, which was named the outstanding British film, beating the tough competition that included Aftersun, Living, and Empire of Light. It was one of two films to win four BAFTAs on Sunday, along with Elvis.
Royal Festival Hall in London served as the venue for the 76th British Academy Film Awards on February 19, while Richard E. Grant and Alison Hammond hosted the ceremony.

The 75th British Academy Film Awards returned to the Royal Albert Hall in London on March 13th, and Rebel Wilson served as the host for the first time.
