]]>The first full official trailer for Tim Burton’s live-action adaptation of the Disney classic is here and it is full of magic.
The story of the eponymous flying elephant and two children who look after the oversized newborn stars Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton, Eva Green, and Danny DeVito. The re-imagination of the 1941 film promises heartbreak as well as triumph.
The children’s father (Farrell) joins a failing circus, run by DeVito. After they discover the unique baby elephant can fly, the attraction makes a phenomenal comeback and draws the attention of an entrepreneur (Keaton).
Dumbo is the latest classic animated movie to be re-made and joins past adaptations of The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, and Alice in Wonderland and future ones including Aladdin, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid.

]]>Entertainment Tonight reports that the I, Tonya star has been tapped to star in a new feature film about the iconic doll.
Robbie is also set to produce the film via her production company, Lucky Chaps from Warner Bros.
The project has been long gestating. It was first announced in 2014 and then again in 2016. Robbie isn’t the first actress attached to the project. At first, it was Amy Schumer who was linked to the project but after she exited due to scheduling conflicts, Anne Hathaway was attached to star.
According to the outlet, the first about the worldwide popular toy will put a feminist spin on the doll with an emphasis on body image and identity.
