She and Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo have been together since 2012 and got married at the Italian count’s family estate in Carbonera in June 2017.
The 41-year-old — who often keeps her personal life private — is now mother to a baby girl who was born via surrogate.
Giulietta Passi Chastain was reportedly born 4 months ago and has already been seen out and about with her double Oscar-nominated mom.
