J.K. Rowling, the author behind the magical series and its prequels — of which she is also the screenwriter — has urged fans to remain tight-lipped regarding Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
Although the film only comes out on November 16th, screenings will be held on Sunday, with fans receiving badges which say #ProtectTheSecrets.

Star of the film, Eddie Redmayne, has also urged confidentiality, saying the sequel is filled with Easter Eggs and other spoilers.
But the biggest secret may have (almost) been spilled by the author herself who teased some very exciting news on Twitter…
True. I can’t wait for you all to get caught up, because I’m already one story on and it’s killing me not to be able to discuss CERTAIN THINGS. https://t.co/3Sz1RArqG3

]]>The Alice Through the Looking Glass actor is no stranger to keeping in character when he is not on set.
The 55-year-old is famous for having appeared in public as his Pirates of the Caribbean character, with Captain Jack Sparrow visiting an Australian children’s hospital in full regalia last August.
The actor — who stars in another famous franchise, Fantastic Beasts — made a surprise appearance at San Diego Comic-Con, dressed entirely as his Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald character, Gellert Grindelwald!
Johnny was almost unrecognizable with his bleach blonde hair, icy blue contacts, floor-length black coat, and wand.
The appearance came at the conclusion of Fantastic Beasts panel and featured Johnny — sorry, Grindelwald — pronouncing a scary speech about Muggles that included the words: “We who live for freedom, for truth, the moment has come to rise up and take our rightful place in the world.”
The Crimes of Grindelwald only hits theatres on the 16th of November, but we’re already rather petrified!
