Justin Bieber’s album Changes has reached the No.1 album spot on the Billboard 200 chart, making it his seventh album to reach this spot.

Bieber is making history as the youngest solo artist at just 25 years old to reach seven No. 1 albums. The record was previously held by Elvis Presley, who reached 10 No. 1 albums and got his seventh No.1 at 26 years old.

Changes was released on February 14th, and it’s already earned 231,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. during its first week, which makes it the third-largest week of 2020 for an album. Eminem’s Music to Be Murdered By earned 279,000 equivalent albums and Halsey’s Manic earned 239,000.

Also on the Top 10 chart are A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Tame Impala, and Monsta X.

Changes is Bieber’s first album in over four years. His previous album,Purpose, debuted at No.1 in December 2015 with more than 649,000 units.

Justin Bieber is implementing some Changes. 

The “Yummy” singer has announced Changes as the title of his upcoming album, which he first teased at the end of last year. The release will be his 5th studio album. 

The last time a Bieber album hit the shelves was back in 2015. The follow-up to Purpose is set to arrive on February 14th, meaning that your Valentine’s Day will have a very Bieber-esque sound. 

Fans have so far been able to enjoy “Yummy,” which the 25-year-old entertainer debuted on January 3rd, and can now listen to the next single, “Get Me.” The track is a collaboration with Kehlani, who will also join him for select dates of his upcoming tour. 

The Changes Tour will commence in May and see the Biebs performing throughout North America until the end of September. Tickets go on sale on February 14th, the same day of the album’s release.
